How to order from JET SNUS

Ordering is simple: pick your products, pay, and we pack your parcel at our warehouse in Vilnius. How the parcel reaches you depends on your country, so please read the section for your country below before you place the order.

1. Choose your products

  • Add the products you want to the cart.
  • In the cart you can add items, change quantities or remove items.
  • Keep an eye on the order weight, because it affects the transport price.

2. Go to checkout and pay

  • Fill in your delivery address and contact details.
  • Choose the delivery option shown for your country.
  • Pay with the payment methods offered at checkout.

3. We pack your order

  • Orders are packed within 1–3 business days.
  • Products are packed into sturdy cardboard boxes; larger orders go on a pallet.
  • You receive an order confirmation by email with your order number.

Delivery by country

Most countries

We deliver with our own courier partners. The available delivery options and their prices are shown at checkout after you enter your address. You do not have to do anything else.

Finland

For Finland we offer one option only: the transport is ordered directly from the transport company by the customer. We pack your order and it waits for your courier at our warehouse.

Australia and France

For Australia and France we offer one option only: the transport is ordered directly from the transport company by the customer. We pack your order and it waits for your courier at our warehouse.

How to book the courier

  1. Place and pay for your order in our store first, and wait for the order confirmation email.
  2. Go to the courier service and start a new shipment.
  3. As the pickup address, enter our warehouse:
    SHIPAWAY UAB, Sodybų g. 7A, LT-13277 Vilnius, Lithuania
  4. Add your order number and your name to the shipment notes or reference field, so the warehouse knows which parcel to hand over.
  5. Enter your own address as the delivery address and choose a pickup date.

Without the order number and name the warehouse cannot identify your parcel, so please always add both.
