At JetSnus, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Please read the following return and refund conditions carefully.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days after delivery.

For health and safety reasons, opened packages cannot be returned.

Please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order at info@jetsnus.com.

Kindly include your order number and the reason for the return.

We will then provide return instructions and the return address.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide photo evidence.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
