At JetSnus, we want to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible. Please read the conditions below before requesting a return.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or where the original seal has been broken cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please visit our Start a Return page.
Sign in using the email address associated with your order. Open the relevant order and select Request return.
Select the products you wish to return, choose the reason for the return, add any relevant information, and submit your request.
We will review your request and provide the return address and further shipping instructions after approval.
Please do not send any products back before your return request has been approved by JetSnus.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, selected the wrong flavour or strength, or for another reason not caused by JetSnus, you are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.
If the return is caused by an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, damaged or defective product, JetSnus will cover the reasonable return shipping costs and provide return instructions or a prepaid return label where applicable.
Refunds
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund.
Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Depending on your payment provider or bank, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
For eligible returns under the statutory right of withdrawal, the refund includes the amount paid for the returned products and, where required by applicable law, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order.
Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that the products have been sent back.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and, where possible, provide photographs showing the issue.
You can submit the request through your JetSnus customer account or contact us at info@jetsnus.com.
After reviewing the case, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy. If the product needs to be returned due to an error on our part, JetSnus will cover the return shipping cost.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees available under applicable law.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be securely packaged.
You are responsible for the products until they are delivered to the designated return location.
Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address may experience delays in processing.
Return Shipping Requirements
When sending a return, please make sure that:

Your JetSnus order number is clearly written on the parcel or included on the shipping label.

The parcel is clearly marked as “RETURN – ORDER #JSXXXX”.

A copy of your order confirmation, or a note containing your order number, is placed inside the parcel.

The return is sent using a trackable shipping service.

You keep the tracking number and proof of shipment until your return and refund have been fully processed.
Returns that cannot be identified due to a missing order number may take longer to process.
For returns sent from outside the European Union, please also indicate “Returned Goods / Customer Return” on the relevant customs documentation and include your JetSnus order number where possible.
